Plan it in minutes. Then travel with it.
Tell Chat what you’re into and it helps plan each day, with every stop on your itinerary and map. Change anything just by asking. On the trip it tells you when to leave, splits the money, translates the menu and keeps your tickets offline.
Free to plan every trip. $1.50 of Chat credit to start, no card needed.
One chat runs the whole trip.
Chat knows your plan, your budget, what you’ve booked and what everyone eats. Ask it to plan, change, log, pack, file or translate, and every answer is a change you tap to apply. If the answer isn’t in your trip, it searches the web and shows you where it found it.
Three steps, one app.
Plan it with Chat, change it in one tap, then let it run the day.
Plan it with Chat
Tell Chat where you’re going and what you like. Ask it to plan a day and the whole day comes back as one card, with lunch, dinner, opening hours and the travel time between stops. One tap adds it. Already have a plan in a group chat or a hotel email? Paste it in and it becomes a timeline, for a little credit. Or start from one of our itineraries.
Change anything in one tap
Swap the Fado Museum for a viewpoint over Alfama.
Chat answers with one card: the new stop, its hours and the walk from lunch. Tap Apply. Undo is right there.
Let it run the day
Your lock screen says when to leave and which line. Money, packing, phrases and tickets are one tap from the day. Ask Chat from the platform: which exit, what the menu says, what’s open nearby.
Watch a change go through.
A Lisbon afternoon. Ask Chat to swap a museum for a viewpoint, read the card, tap Apply, and the day and the map update. Then Phrases, Money, Packing and Documents.
What’s in the app.
Itinerary
Your days, planned out. Every stop comes from Google Maps, with its opening hours for that day, the travel time to the next one and the weather. Drag to reorder. Keep a rain plan as a second version of any day.
Chat
Ask for anything. Tap Apply. A swap, a coffee stop, a cheaper dinner, a rain plan. Log the dinner, add to the bag, file the ticket. Each answer is a card you approve. Nothing moves until you do.
Map
Each day as a route. From your hotel to every stop and back, on real streets, with walk, transit or taxi for each leg. Tap a stop for directions or a ride.
On the trip
When to leave, which train. A leave-by time for every stop, a reminder before you need to go, and your next stop on the lock screen and the home screen widget.
Money
Split it in any currency. Log it in yen, see who owes whom in dollars at today’s rate. Budgets by category and a settle-up at the end.
Phrases
Say it, show it, translate it. Essentials in nine languages, spoken aloud. A two-way translator in 27. Cards to show a driver, a waiter or a pharmacist in their language.
Packing
A list per bag, per person. Chat adds what the trip needs. Tick things off, give each traveler a bag, and get a pack-up check on hotel-change mornings.
Documents
Tickets that open without signal. Confirmations, train tickets and tour PDFs filed on the stop they belong to and saved on your phone. Ask Chat what’s on them.
Travel together
One plan for everyone. Invite your group as editors or viewers. One shared Chat thread, and one pass covers everyone on the trip.
Also: a journal with photos on every stop, answers from the web with their sources, add to calendar, share a day as an image or the trip as a link, and Download for offline.

Don’t start from a blank page.
Borrow one of our city itineraries. We’ve laid out the days, checked the hours and prices and put every stop on the map, so all you do is open it in the app, which uses a little credit, and change whatever you like. The guides cover the things that catch people out on arrival, from sold-out tickets to the day the museum shuts.
3 days in Busan
Three days split by coast: the old port around Jagalchi and Gamcheon, the east coast from the seaside temple to Gwangalli's drone show, then a mountain temple, Yeongdo's cliff village and a cable car over the sea. Each day is one part of the city; the metro gets you there and you walk the rest.
Bali · 4 days4 days in Bali
Two nights in Ubud for the rice terraces, the water temples and a palace dance, then two in the south for the Bukit's cliffs, the kecak at Uluwatu and a Seminyak sunset. Each day sits in one part of the island, with a driver where you need one.
Colombo · 4 days4 days in Colombo and Galle
Two days in Colombo, from the Pettah lanes to the lake temples and a sunset on Galle Face Green, then the coastal train south to Galle for the fort walls at dusk and a last morning on the beaches. Tuk-tuks by app, trains for the distance.

Free to plan. Credit for Chat.
Your itinerary is always free to read and edit. Chat, photo questions, web answers and imports use credit, charged by what each answer costs to produce. Add credit when you want it. It never expires and works on every trip.
Before you download.
Does Waystop book anything?
No. It plans the trip and comes along for it. If a place takes bookings, you’ll see a link to the booking site. Waystop may earn a commission from it, but that never affects what Chat recommends.
What can Chat actually do?
Plan a day, swap or move stops, make a rain plan, log expenses and split them, add packing items, file a document and read it back, mark a booking done, note what a traveler eats, translate a photo, find what’s open near you, and search the web for tickets, strikes and events with sources. Every change is a card you apply.
Is importing free?
It uses credit, like Chat. Pasting a plan or adding screenshots and PDFs of bookings is charged by what it costs to read them and check each place. Editing by hand is always free, and the $1.50 you start with covers a first try.
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes, sometimes. Answers are generated, and while hours and travel times are checked against Google Maps, places do change them. Web answers show their sources so you can double-check, and you can report any answer with a long press.
What does Chat know about my trip?
The itinerary, your packing lists, the budget you set, trip preferences and each traveler’s profile, and a short memory of earlier conversations. You can read, edit or clear all of it in Trip settings.
What happens to my messages?
Messages, imports and photos are sent to Google’s Gemini API to produce the answer; place lookups go to Google Maps and web questions to Google Search. Waystop does not use them to train models and does not sell them. Read the privacy policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The itinerary lives on your phone, and “Download for offline” saves every route, ticket, document and the forecast. Chat and place checks need a connection.
Which places does it cover?
Anywhere Google Maps does. Transit directions are best where Google has live timetables, like Japan, most of Europe and North American cities.
Does credit expire?
No. It stays on your account until you use it, on any trip, however far ahead you plan. On a trip you own, it also pays for the messages of everyone you invite.
Can I plan with other people?
Yes. Invite them from the People screen as editors or viewers and they’ll see the same plan on their phones. Anyone who doesn’t use the app still gets a packing list and a profile, so Chat plans around them too.
