Your itinerary is always free to read and edit. Chat, photo questions, web answers and imports use credit, charged by what each answer costs to produce. Add credit when you want it. It never expires and works on every trip.

Does credit expire?
No. It stays on your account until you use it, on any trip, however far ahead you plan.
What costs the most?
A planning change through Chat: it looks up each place, checks its hours and the travel time, and proposes a card you approve. A quick question costs a cent or two; a photo question a few cents; a change that checks places usually 20 to 40 cents.
Is there a family or group plan?
Not needed. On a trip you own, your credit pays for everyone you invite, Chat included. They buy nothing, and the thread shows who asked what.
I bought a Trip Pass or Yearly before this.
It keeps working exactly as described when you bought it, until it ends. Credit is used after that, or on trips the pass does not cover. Yearly renews until you cancel it from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases follow Apple’s and Google’s refund rules. Credit cannot be moved to another account or paid out.
Can I buy credit on the web?
Not yet. For now, add it in the app: Profile, then Credit, then Add credit.
